PERBAIKAN SIFAT KIMIA TANAH BEKAS GALIAN C YANG DIBERI BIOCHAR BAMBU DAN MIKROBA SELULOLITIK
Improvement of The Chemical Properties of Exquated Soil with Bamboo Biochar and Cyllotic Microbe
Abstrak
Post-mining soil C is included in the marginal soil category which has lost solum and low organic C. Low fertility levels cause very few valuable plants to survive, so efforts are needed to improve the chemical properties of the soil to increase soil fertility. This research was carried out in the greenhouse of the UARDS Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University, Riau, and macro nutrient analysis was carried out. at the Riau Agricultural Technology Assessment Center (BPTP) Testing Laboratory. The research was carried out from September to October 2022. This research used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replications, namely B0 (5 kg soil + 0 g biochar + 0% cellulolytic microbes) B1 (5 kg soil + 125 g biochar + 50 ml cellulolytic microbes), B2 (5 kg soil + 250 g biochar + 100 ml cellulolytic microbes B3 (5 kg soil + 375 g biochar + 150 ml cellulolytic microbes). The parameters observed were soil reaction, CEC, base saturation, C-organic and bacterial populations. Research results show that the application of bamboo biochar and cellulolytic microbes to ex-excavated soil C at various doses has an effect on all parameters of the chemical properties of ex-excavated soil C.Unduhan
