Analysis Of Topaz Variety Palm Farming Business In Batang Peranap District

Abstrak

Batang Peranap District is one of the areas in Indragiri Hulu Regency which has quite a large area of ​​oil palm plantations. The oil palm variety that is widely used in Batang Peranap District is the Topaz Variety. This research aims to analyze the Topaz Variety oil palm farming business in Batang Peranap District. The research was carried out from April to June 2024. The method used was quantitative, sampling was used to determine the number of samples using a purposive sampling method with the number of respondent farmers being 33 oil palm farmers. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is cost analysis, revenue, profit and efficiency analysis. The results of the research show that the Topaz Variety oil palm production was 62.575 kg with an average revenue of Rp. 145.749.369. Profit analysis of IDR 91.530.500 with an RCR value of 2,68. The Topaz variety oil palm farming business is profitable and worth pursuing.
