Shallot (Allium ascalonicum L.) is a horticultural commodity with high economic value. The use of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) made from pineapple peel and eggshells can be a potential solution to improve shallot growth. This study aimed to determine the best dosage of pineapple peel and eggshell LOF for the growth and yield of shallots. The research was conducted at the Agronomy and Agrostology Laboratory, UIN Agriculture Research and Development Station (UARDS), from February to April 2025, using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a non-factorial arrangement consisting of five treatments: (N0 = 0 ml LOF/L, N1 = 25 ml LOF/L, N2 = 50 ml LOF/L, N3 = 75 ml LOF/L, N4 = 100 ml LOF/L), each replicated five times. The observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, number of bulbs per clump, bulb diameter, bulb height, fresh bulb weight per clump, dry bulb weight per clump, fresh biomass weight per clump, and dry biomass weight per clump. The results showed that the application of pineapple peel and eggshell LOF had no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, number of bulbs per clump, and bulb height. However, it had a significant effect on bulb diameter and fresh biomass weight per clump, and a highly significant effect on fresh bulb weight per clump, dry bulb weight per clump, and dry biomass weight per clump. The application of 50 ml LOF per plant was found to be the best concentration.
