Abstrak

Lemna minor is one of the aquatic plants that is rich in nutrients and can be used as a feed ingredient forbroiler.
Lemna minor flour had 23.07% crude protein, 4.73% crude fat, 10.35% crude fiber and 2625,93 Kkal of metabolic
energy. This study aims to determine the effect of Lemna minors flour (TLM) added to broiler ration on carcass quality
(final body weight, carcass weight and carcass percentage). This research has been using a completely randomized
design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 5 replication. The treatments were is P0 (RB with TLM 0%), P1 (RB with
TLM 3%), P2 (RB with TLM 6%) and P3 (RB with TLM 9%). The results showed that the addition of Lemna minor
flour content up to 9% in the broiler did not significantly (P>0.05) increase. It is concluded that the addition of
Lemna’s flour content up to 9% in the ration is not adequate on final body weight, carcass weight and carcass
percentage.
