One type of agricultural waste that can be used as animal feed is sago dregs. Sago dregs still contains 65.7% starch. One way to process raw materials is by producing complete feed wafers. This study aims to determine the physical evaluation of complete Bali cattle ration wafers supplemented with sago dregs (Metroxylon sp). This research was conducted from February - May 2024 at the Nutrition and Feed Technology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Science State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, Pekanbaru. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replications, namely P0: Complete ration wafer + 0% sago dregs, P1: Complete ration wafer + 10% sago dregs, P2: Complete ration wafer + 20% sago dregs, P3: Complete ration wafer + 30% sago dregs. The parameters measured included dry matter content, wafer particle density, and water absorption capacity. The results showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05) on dry matter content, particle density and water absorption capacity of the wafer. The conclusion of this study is that increasing the level of sago dregs to 30% results in a relatively similar physical evaluation of the wafer.
