Abstrak

Sago pulp is a type of plantation waste with a crude fiber content of 20.3% and low protein (2.1%) so it needs further processing in the form of complete ration wafers. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the value of Acid Detergent Fiber, Neutral Detergent Fiber, and hemicellulose of complete ration wafers made from sago pulp in ration formulation. This study was conducted in February - March 2025. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with 4 treatments and 4 replications, namely complete ration wafers + 0% sago pulp (P0), complete ration wafers + 10% sago pulp (P1), complete ration wafers + 20% sago pulp (P2), complete ration wafers + 30% sago pulp (P3). The parameters measured were the value of Neutral Detergent Fiber, Acid Detergent Fiber and hemicellulose. The results of the study showed that complete ration wafers made from sago dregs had a very significant effect (P<0.01) on the values ​​of Neutral Detergent Fiber, Acid Detergent Fiber, and hemicellulose. The conclusion of the study was that the addition of 30% sago dregs did not produce the highest values ​​of Neutral Detergent Fiber, Acid Detergent Fiber, and hemicellulose. The best treatment was produced by the addition of 20% sago dregs with Acid Detergent Fiber values ​​of 18.72%, Neutral Detergent Fiber 51.76%, and hemicellulose 33.03%.
