The method for detecting the presence of Brucellosis is using the Rose Bengal Test (RBT), Complement Fixation Test (CFT) method, then routine blood checks are carried out on suspected cattle. Serum samples from 10 cows that experienced abortions in a population of 42 cows. The test results showed that all samples were negative for Brucella abortus.
